As an instructor with over 3 years of teaching capabilities, she is passionate about making learning easier and more accessible. Known for always working with a smile and maintaining a positive attitude, she genuinely cares for our patients and prioritizes their well-being above all else. Kendra is a Certified Medical Assistant with several years of experience in surgery, oncology, and urology. She has extensive expertise working with cancer patients and understands a wide range of urological procedures. Kendra enjoys patient interaction and is always happy to help.
Jennifer has worked at WellMax for over Twenty-three. Originally from Beaverton, Oregon, she is a licensed registered nurse who manages all aspects of patient care. Meticulous and intensely committed to delivering the highest quality of personalized service, she is usually the first to arrive and the last to leave. Jennifer ensures every follow-up care plan is completed and that each Personal Health Portfolio™ is buttoned up.
Dr. Cosgrove earned his Psychobiology degree from UCLA, then went on to receive his M.D. from Washington University in St. Louis. He continued his medical education at Loma Linda University and the University of Utah Medical Center, specializing in Internal Medicine. He is board-certified in both Emergency Medicine and Internal Medicine.
He spent a decade in Level 1 emergency care at Desert Regional Medical Center before dedicating his career to early-detection science. He built WellMax to give patients the time, technology, and personal attention conventional systems can’t provide. Today he personally leads every Premier Health Evaluation and oversees each concierge member’s ongoing plan.
