Dr. Cosgrove earned his Psychobiology degree from UCLA, then went on to receive his MD from Washington University in St. Louis. He continued his medical education at Loma Linda University and then at University of Utah Medical Center specializing in Internal Medicine. He became Board Certified in both Emergency Medicine and Internal Medicine.

Dr. Cosgrove was an attending physician in the Emergency Medicine department for over ten years at Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs. He later served there as Director of Wellness for several years.

He later became certified by IFM (Institute for Functional Medicine) and wrote the chapter on hormones for their textbook Functional Medicine. He is certified in the Bredesen Protocol, an approach to optimizing cognitive function.

He founded The WellMax Center for Preventive Medicine and serves as the Medical Director.

Bryan is a licensed health care provider. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and his Masters of Science and Nurse Practitioner Certification.

He is continuing his education in Functional Medicine. Bryan has a special interest in the more holistic approach to medicine, addressing individual health concerns with the understanding that everything is interconnected in the human body.

His meticulous and methodical approach ensures that medical charts are comprehensive and complete.
